30-45 minutes Steady State

Choose from jog, stairs in PT gear, Row, or jump rope

This should be done at a comfortable pace you can maintain for 30 minutes

Mobility

DO THE YOGA PEOPLE!!! and you’re welcome. Work on the breathing we have talked about and finding a calm and happy place.
