DFD Dynamic Warm-Up
Equipment:
Full Bunkers and SCBA
Step or stairs 7-8″ (preferably commercial building height, home stairs or step if that’s all you have.)
Workout:
40 Minutes:
5 flights or 50 steps (steady pace)
15 Front Lunges (alternating legs)
Report your total rounds of the above (5 flights (50 steps) + 15 lunges = 1 Round)
