Day 9 and I hope everyone is feeling great! Keep moving. You’re body is still adjusting to moving this much. Today is a strength day so no need to tax the cardiovascular system today. Go get strong!

Warm up: 3 rounds of : (5 inchworms with a push up, 10 squats, 10 lunges) round 1 = forward lunges, round 2 = lateral lunges, round 3 = reverse lunges

#1: 5 rounds of: (8 front squats and 30 seconds of runners lunge)

#2: 4 rounds of: (6 KB or DB lateral lunges each side, 10 KB or DB Russian swings, 5 up dog to down dog (hold each position for 2-3 seconds)

#3: 3 rounds of: (10 v-ups, 10 supermans, :30 sec side plank each side)

Health tip: Sitting has been proven to be extremely unhealthy. Apple watches remind you to get up and move around for a reason, sitting for long periods of time is dangerous to your health. Even if you do exercise everyday. During every commercial break, get up and move around and then sit back down. When binge watching Netflix, get up and walk around the house between episodes. Want extra credit? Do 10 air squats.
