Health tip: Our bodies need rest to get stronger and fitter. Active rest is a way to accelerate the recovery process by allowing circulation to the muscles to deliver the nutrients and hormones they need to get stronger and more efficient. This is not the day to be the hero. Think of your movement today as restorative, not destructive.
