Warm up: 3 rounds of (5 push ups, 10 squats, 15 sit ups)
#1 – 5×5 bench presses with a slow 3 count on the down then FAST power up! Go light on this one – pair with a shoulder stretch of your choice
#2 – 5×5 deadlifts (Pick your favorite style, you can even do this with dumbbells. Move with your breath. It doesn’t need to be heavy, just maintain intra-abdominal pressure to protect the back. Don’t know what that is? check out this video.
