Today is day 21 of the December Movement Challenge. This is the end of 3 weeks of movement. Today is a prescribed active recovery day if you’ve been faithfully following along. Shoot for 30 minutes of low, aerobic activity. You should be able to hold a conversation during this. Make it social and catch up with a friend over the phone while moving today.
