Warm up: 3 rounds of: (5 inchworms, 5 up-dog to down-dog, 5 runners lunge steps to a twist – chest towards the front knee)
10 rounds of: 10 lunges, 10 push ups, 10 squat jumps, 10 v-ups, 100 ft bear crawl
No equipment needed, all body weight. No excuses. If you need to modify, cut down the number of rounds. Knee push ups, regular body weight squats, assisted lunges. See, no excuses. Just move.
