Stamina! Today is a day to get that heart rate up, but don’t crush the high intensity zone. Today will have a single mode of cardio choice with some gym fitness. Nothing fancy.
Warm up: 5 min of choice cardio plus 10 arm circles forward, 10 arm circles backward, 10 leg swings front to back, 10 leg swings in front of body side to side
20 min AMRAP:
400 m run or 100 m sled pull or 2 min of choice cardio
20 step ups (to a 18″ bench)
20 sit ups
