Merry Christmas to those that celebrate! Just for fun, I’ve recycled a pretty fun 25 min workout that I did earlier this week. Enjoy 🙂
Warm up: choice – move for 5-10 minutes
Recommended DB weight: Men – 35-40#, Women – 20-25#
Need to modify? No problem!
Devil Presses – lower the weight, do burpees instead, do modified burpees (basically use a low step or a bench and burpee down with hands on that)
DB hop overs – do toe taps on your DB instead
