Day 29: Another high intensity day. Get your heart rate up during this short 14 minutes. Did you know that when you get your heart rate up to a high intensity, not only do you burn fat during the workout, but also AFTER the work out. It’s called EPOC (Excess Post-Exercise Oxygen Consumption). As your heart rate comes down, you continue to burn oxygen and therefore, fat. You burn it without trying after the work is done.
Warm up: 3 rounds of (10 lateral lunges, 10 wall angels, 10 runners lunge steps with a twist towards the front knee)
14 min AMRAP of :
10 air squats, 10 sit ups, 20 mountain climbers, 10 plate or line or object hop overs
This one takes zero equipment, so there is no excuse. Move!
