20 air squats, 20 jump squats

200 m run

20 push ups, 20 shoulder taps

20 lunges, 20 jumping lunges

20 pull ups (or ring rows, inverted bar rows, TRX rows etc), 20 v-ups

200 m run

20 burpees, 20 sit ups

200 m run
