Let’s start out with a little workout to test where we are at! You will see this exact same workout in 8 weeks, so that we can do it again and hopefully see improvement! Don’t worry about your “score” today or the way you have to modify the workout today, just do it, write it down and keep track for next time around. Post your score in the comments if you would like as well.

Warm up: 5 minutes of choice cardio, followed by, 3 rounds of: (10 jumping jacks, 10 air squats, 10 shoulder taps in push up position)

Main deal:

15 min AMRAP of:

10 KB swings (to eye level)

10 Step-ups each leg, unweighted (remember your box height, the lower it is, the easier it is)

10 TRX or bar rows (more horizontal you are, the harder it is – more vertical you are, the easier it is)

10 V-ups (modify with straight up sit ups if V-ups just aren’t happening)

Record total rounds PLUS any extra reps within an unfinished round

Don’t worry about what YOUR workout looks like. Just get it done, write it down and lets all get better over this 8 weeks
