THE SNOW IS HERE! Today let’s do an indoor workout. No excuses. Just need yourself and maybe something to jump or step over. Stay warm!

Warm up: 3 rounds of : (5 inchworms, 10 shoulder taps in push up position, 10 air squats, :30 squat hold, 5 squat jumps)

Main deal: 100 burpees for time

Customizations: To make the burpees easier, do them to a bench (so you don’t have to go all the way to the ground), or do them without the jump at the top

To make the burpees harder: jump or step over a bench/box/laundry basket… whatever you’ve got. Or do a burpee to a box jump or step up.

Goal: under 12 min for burpees only, under 15 min with a box jump or step up
