The weather is gorgeous and it’s a great time to get outdoors. Today’s workout is simple. 30-60 minutes of outside low intensity cardio. Go for a run, bike, walk, hike…. find something outdoors and move for 30-60 minutes. Vitamin D is hard to come by in the Winter so go give your body some sunlight and soak up the vitamin D 🙂
