Warm-Up:

3 Rounds

10 butt kicks

10 high knees

1 short sprint

Workout:

HIIT 24:00

:30 all out effort

1:00 recovery pace

(Can be done as running, row, stairs, burpees, jumping lunges, box jumps etc)

Then…

5 Rounds

:90 to do max push-ups then use remainder of :90 for firearm plank

Rest 1:00 then repeat^^^

Record your total Push-up reps to comments
